  The TOP color can get 1 free sample (limited to 45).
  The 2ND TOP color can get 1 free sample (limited to 15).
  The 3RD TOP color can get 1 free sample (limited to 10).

  Winner announcement in July 14th.
  Samples delivery in the middle of July.
  Testing feedback are required for the winners.
