Processing and delivering contest or sweepstakes entries and rewards;

- Vaporesso may transfer the collected information to providers of third party email delivery service to send promotion emails, or to other marketing platforms and service providers to complete relevant service;
- Vaporesso may use third party track tools (such as Adwords, Bing, bugsplat, Criteo, disqus, fabric, Facebook, FireBase, Flurry, Google Analytics, Hotjar, LinkedIn, Pardot, Quora, JPUSH) to track the information on how users use the products and websites, such information will be stored in third party servers. Such third party track tools may send the data analysis report to Vaporesso for Vaporesso’s above mentioned purpose;

- Vaporesso may store the collected information on the servers leased from providers of third party server service.
2.1.5 Duration of the storage
Vaporesso will store the collected personal data for the duration of the contract and 60 days after the termination of the contract. Beyond this duration, in order for Vaporesso to be able to demonstrate the existence of a right or a contract or a legal obligation, the relevant personal data will be stored through intermediary archives for a duration that will not exceed what is strictly necessary regarding the purpose of the storage and in accordance with the applicable legislation.
2.2 Processing of personal data related to comments areas
When the User decides to comment a Vaporesso product through the Website, Vaporesso implements a processing of personal data as follows:

Regarding this processing, Vaporesso collects the following personal data:
- Email address;
- Name or nickname;
- profile photo;
- Other potential personal information provided by the User through its comment (age, location, etc.);

This processing is implemented by Vaporesso in order to improve its products and provide the consumers and potential consumers with a better and transparent information about the Vaporesso products. The User may want to subscribe to Vaporesso’s newsletter in order to be provided with information and news regarding Vaporesso products. In this case, Vaporesso implements a processing of personal data as follows:
2.3.1 Personal data collected
Regarding this processing, Vaporesso only collects your provided information such as the User’s email address, name or nickname, country, preferred product, and your operation to the promotion emails.
2.3.2 Purpose and legal basis of the processing
Vaporesso implements the processing of personal data in order to provide consumers and potential consumers with information and news regarding Vaporesso products.
The subscription to Vaporesso’s newsletter and the related provision of personal data is made on a voluntary basis so that the processing of the collected personal data relies on the User’s consent.

2.3.5 Duration of the storage
Vaporesso will store the collected personal data for 3 years from their collection or from the last contact from the User (whichever is later).
At the end of this 3 years time period, Vaporesso may contact the User in order to know if the User wishes to keep receiving commercial information from Vaporesso. In case Vaporesso would not receive any positive and explicit answer from the User, the personal data would be deleted or archived in accordance with the applicable legislation.

2.4 Processing of personal data related to sweepstakes and contests
When the User registers or otherwise participates in a Vaporesso sweepstake or content, we collect and process personal data as follows:

Regarding this processing, Vaporesso may collect the following personal data:

- Telephone Number;
- Mailing Address;
- images and photos (depending on the sweepstakes or contest)

If you would prefer, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA privacy request on your behalf. An authorized agent must be registered with the California Secretary of State to conduct business in California.

Privacy Request Verification Process. If you make (or your authorized agent makes) any request related to your personal information under the CCPA, Vaporesso will ascertain your identity (and the identity of the authorized agent, to the extent applicable) to the degree of certainty required or permitted under the law before addressing your request. Vaporesso will, to the extent required or permitted by law, require you (or your authorized agent) to verify your request via email or other means and match at least two pieces of personal information we have previously collected from you before granting you access to, or erasing, specific pieces or categories of personal information, or otherwise responding to your request. We may require written documentation that demonstrates a third party is authorized to serve as your agent for the purposes of submitting the requests set forth herein, unless you have provided the authorized agent with power of attorney pursuant to California Probate Code §§ 4121 to 4130. Opt-Out Rights / Do Not Sell My Personal Information. California residents have the right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information. Vaporesso does not sell your personal information to third parties for profit or other valuable consideration.

5. Nevada Privacy Rights

Vaporesso does not currently conduct “sales” of personal information for purposes of Nevada law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Nevada residents may submit a request directing us to not sell personal information we maintain about them to third parties who will sell or license their information to others. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us in accordance with the “Contacting Vaporesso” section listed below.

6. Email Marketing and Your Rights

You have the right to opt-out of receiving email marketing communications from us. Generally, the email marketing communications that you receive from us will provide you an option to “unsubscribe” from receiving future email marketing communications from us. You may also unsubscribe from such email marketing by contacting us in accordance with the “Contacting Vaporesso” section listed below. You hereby agree to immediately notify Vaporesso in writing, in the event you no longer own, license, or use an email address to which you subscribed to receive email marketing from us.

We seek to protect the security of your personal information and use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. HOWEVER, NO INFORMATION SYSTEM CAN BE FULLY SECURE AND WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ABSOLUTE SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. MOREOVER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU TRANSMIT TO THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICES OVER NETWORKS THAT WE DO NOT CONTROL, INCLUDING THE INTERNET AND WIRELESS NETWORKS, AND YOU PROVIDE US WITH ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DATA AT YOUR OWN RISK. 8. No Data Collected from Children

The website is not directed at, nor intended for use by, children. As a result, if you are under the age of twenty-one (21), you are prohibited from accessing or using the website or with providing us with your personal information.

9. Revision of this Privacy Policy
Occasionally, we may change this privacy policy (or other documents related to privacy policy) to allow Vaporesso to use or share your personal data in a different way. If we do, the links to the policy on our websites (which are generally found in the footer of the website) will indicate that the policy has been changed. Vaporesso will act on the User’s requests and provide information free of charge, except where the requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive (in particular because of their repetitive nature) in which case Vaporesso may charge a reasonable fee (taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication, or taking the action requested), or refuse to act on the request.
