1. Important Dates

Submission Period: August 25th, 2025 – September 25th, 2025
Community Voting: September 25th, 2025 – September 30th, 2025
Final Results Announcement: October 10th, 2025

2. Eligibility

This contest is open to individuals aged 21 and above, regardless of nationality. Employees of VAPORESSO, UV Community moderators, and affiliated agencies are not eligible to participate.

Participation Guidelines

Participants are required to:
  • Register and logged in to the UV Community platform.
  • Download the official iMate OS design asset pack, including the iMate OS product image and VAPORESSO brand logo.
  • Create an original design using the provided assets. Submissions must visibly incorporate the VAPORESSO logo and product image.
  • Publish your submission as a new post in the UV Community using the designated contest tag and title format.
  • Promote your work within the community to encourage engagement and voting.
  • All participants are encourged to submit multiple entries.

A total of 15 submissions with the highest vote counts will advance to the final evaluation round.
A panel of VAPORESSO-appointed judges will review shortlisted entries based on creativity, originality, brand alignment, and visual execution.
Six (6) winners will be selected and announced on October 10, 2025.
Selected designs will be featured in the iMate Designer Gallery across official VAPORESSO digital channels.

1. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

By submitting a design, participants grant VAPORESSO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display the submitted work across VAPORESSO and UV Community platforms for promotional or editorial purposes.

2. Submission Requirements

Entries must be original and created solely by the participant. The VAPORESSO logo and official iMate OS device image must be clearly incorporated in each design.
Designs must be shared as UV Community posts within the submission window to be eligible.

3. Judging & Voting

Community voting will occur via the UV Community platform.The vote count will determine the shortlist; however, final winners will be selected based on merit by VAPORESSO judges.
Votes obtained through fraudulent means (e.g., bots, fake accounts) will result in disqualification.

4. Notification & Prize Fulfillment

Winners will be notified via UV Community direct message. If a winner fails to respond within 10 business days, the prize will be forfeited.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted. Physical prizes will be shipped within 30 business days after confirmation.

VAPORESSO reserves the right to modify, postpone, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice. VAPORESSO is not responsible for technical issues, lost submissions, or platform outages that may impact participation. Participation constitutes full agreement to these rules and acceptance of all contest terms. The decisions of VAPORESSO regarding all matters related to this contest are final and binding.
