For leaking issue, which could be caused by many reasons, firstly we suggest to check as follows:
1. The recommended juice should be between 50%-70% to 30%-50% for vg/pg ratio: it's easy to leak if pg rate is higher than the standard.
2. Make sure to set up all o-rings&seal rings correctly, it's main reason of leading to leaking.
3. Drop juice from side holes but not center one.
4. Close airvent during filling in tank and just open it when start to vape.
5. Don't put the tank upside down while using.
6. Take out all juice and don't keep it in tank for long time after finishing vape. 7. Often wash your tank to avoid old juice getting stuck and blocked the normal vent.
