The VAPORESSO SWAG 2 (also sold as SWAG II) goes into PULSE mode by default once a tank is installed. To pick a different mode, press the Mode button three times; to lock or unlock the "+", "–" and Mode buttons, press the power button three times. Five presses of the power button within two seconds turn it on or off.
As the second generation of the original SWAG family, the SWAG 2 brings several upgrades. A textured coating made from a specially formulated rubber covers the ergonomic body for a secure grip; it's light, durable, anti-fingerprint and anti-scratch, so you don't need to worry about keeping it in a pocket with your keys.
The SWAG II uses the AXON chip, which runs PULSE mode for strong, satisfying draws. Besides PULSE, the AXON chip offers Power ECO mode, Smart TC mode and a DIY mode that includes Super Player, so it covers a wide range of vaping styles. On top, the SWAG II carries the NRG PE tank with the GT4 meshed coil, whose dual meshed cores increase contact with your e-juice for dense, flavorful vapor. The roomier connection also lets the SWAG II fit NRG tanks of different capacities.
Before you get started with your new device, read through the setting instructions below. They'll help you get the best experience from it.
General Settings
Replace the Coil
- Remove the base of the tank.
- Twist the used coil off the base.
- Install a new coil on the base.
- Reattach the base to the tank.
Install the Tank
Connect the tank to the mod by screwing in the 510 connector. Make sure it's firmly connected.
Fill the E-Liquid
Regular version:
- Twist the top cap and fill e-liquid through the slot.
- Lock the top cap back into place.
- Wait 5 minutes for the e-liquid to soak into the coil.
Child-resistant version:
- Pull out the drip tip and twist the top cap.
- Fill e-liquid through the slot.
- Lock the top cap and drip tip back into place.
- Wait 5 minutes for the e-liquid to soak into the coil.
Adjust the Airflow
Twist the air-inlet ring at the bottom of the tank to adjust the airflow.
Start the Device
- Power on/off: press the power button 5 times in 2 seconds.
- Lock/unlock the buttons: press the power button 3 times in a row to lock or unlock the "+" button, "–" button and Mode button.
- Mode button: press the Mode button 3 times in a row to start mode setting.
- NEW LOAD and OLD LOAD appear on the screen after you install a tank:
- With SMART VW on, press "+" (NEW LOAD) to use the wattage the device recommends, or press "–" (OLD LOAD) to keep the wattage you've already set.
- With SMART VW off, press "+" (NEW LOAD) when you install a new tank and "–" (OLD LOAD) when you install a used one, for the best temperature control.
- Vaping: press the power button to vape. For your safety, don't vape for more than 10 seconds at a time.
Choose a Mode
PUL: PULSE mode (default). When a tank is installed, the device enters PULSE mode automatically for steady flavor and large clouds.
ECO: POWER ECO mode. When the battery drops below 40%, the device offers to switch to POWER ECO mode automatically.
STC: Smart Temperature Control mode. When the device detects a temperature control heating wire (SS/Ti/Ni), it offers to switch to STC (Smart TC) mode automatically.
DIY: DIY mode. Choose the traditional VW (H, N, S), VV, VT, CCW, BP (bypass) and SP (Super Player) modes here. When the coil resistance is extremely low, the device offers to switch to Super Player mode automatically.
SET: System setting. Customize the puff counter, brightness, flip screen, Smart VW, auto ECO on/off, default and version settings to set up the interface your way.
Options in DIY Mode
VWS / VWN / VWH (Variable Wattage mode): VWH has a high start-up speed, VWN a normal start-up speed and VWS a soft start-up speed.
VT-SS / VT-NI / VT-TI / VT-MI (Variable Temperature Control mode): the SS, NI and TI modes work only with SUS316L stainless steel, Nickel 200 and titanium wire respectively. Choose MI to set up a custom profile for other heating wire materials.
VV (Variable Voltage mode): set the voltage to suit your needs.
CCW (Customized Curve of Wattage mode): press "+" and "–" to shape your own wattage output curve, press the power button quickly to move to the next bar, and press the Mode button to save and exit when you're done.
BP (Bypass mode): a direct output voltage mode that depends on the battery level. Supported coil resistance: 0.15Ω to 5Ω.
SP (Super Player mode): supports a broader resistance range, from 0.03Ω to 5Ω, which suits mainstream RDA and RBA tanks.
Protection Features
- Overtime protection: the device stops firing if you vape for more than 10 seconds at a time, and "OVER TIME" appears on the screen.
- Resistance protection: when the resistance is too low (outside SP mode), the device stops firing and shows "CHECK ATOMIZER" on the screen.
- Short circuit protection: when a short circuit is detected, the device stops firing and shows "SHORT ATOMIZER".
- Low voltage protection: when the battery voltage is extremely low, the device can't be operated and shows "LOW BATTERY".
- Overcharge protection: the device stops charging when it's fully charged.
